I agree. An interesting discussion in the article itself and also in the sometimes snarky comments after it. Most previous discussions focused on perception but not memory. The subjective decision to equate memory impact with the confusion of a disorienting cut fuels the conclusion. Do any other explanations occur?
Still, the observation will put at least one more arrow in the quiver of directors.
